Stock Maintenance
We maintain our stock register in both manual & computerised system. We maintain
daily consumption costing by issuing Dyeing Master’s Lost-wise slip (Chemical & Colour) & dividing the total expenses by production quantity (Mtr./ KG). We have separate sheet for Oil, Electric & Coal consumption.

Computerised Stock Maintenance, Production Costing
We maintain our stock register in both manual & computerised system. We maintain
daily consumption costing by issuing Dyeing Master’s Lost-wise slip (Chemical & Colour) & dividing the total expenses by production quantity (Mtr. / KG). We have separate sheet for Oil, Electric & Coal consumption. We calculate gross by Monthly Production Cost where we see our Labour & Staff Cost, General Exp. Cost, Repair & Maintenance Cost, Water Treatment Plant Cost, etc.. We arranged to calculate our stenter cost by attaching separate meter for electric consumption of stenter machine.
