Stock Maintenance

We maintain our stock register in both manual & computerised system. We maintain daily consumption costing by issuing Dyeing Master’s Lost-wise slip (Chemical & Colour) & dividing the total expenses by production quantity (Mtr./ KG). We have separate sheet for Oil, Electric & Coal consumption.

Process of Dyeing

Reactive

Dyes & Chemicals : Reactive Dyes, Soda, Salt, Acetic Acid, Dyefix, Caustic.
In Colour – 2 Turns.
In Salt – 2 Turns.
Soda – 4 Turns (For Light Shade).
Soda - 6 Turns (For Deep Shade).
Soda - 6 Turns (For Deep Shade).
Wash – 1 Turn.
Acetic Acid – 2 Turns.
Wash – 1 Turn.
Soaping – 2 Turns.
Wash – 2 Turns.
Dyefix – 2 Turns.
Total Time 8 Hours + Loading & Unloading 1 Hour.

VAT

Dyes & Chemicals : Vat Colours, Caustic, Hydro, Peroxide, Acetic Acid, Soap.
In Colour – 6 Turns.
Wash – 2 Turns.
Oxidise – 4 Turns.
Soap – 2 Turns.
Wash – 2 Turns.
Total Time 6 Hours + Loading & Unloading 1 Hour.
