Stock Maintenance

We maintain our stock register in both manual & computerised system. We maintain daily consumption costing by issuing Dyeing Master’s Lost-wise slip (Chemical & Colour) & dividing the total expenses by production quantity (Mtr./ KG). We have separate sheet for Oil, Electric & Coal consumption.

Our Factory

The office and the factory are situated at the South Station Road, Agarpara, on a free-hold plot of land admeasuring approximately 2.26 Acres valued at over Rs. 2 Crores. The list of existing machinery is enclosed. Apart from the production machinery, the factory is also equipped with 440 Volts power line, Coal Fired Smokeless Boiler, Thermopack (Oil Boiler), Chimney, Water & Effluent Treatment Plant and a big Water Tank. The factory also has arrangement for a deep tubewell for supply of fresh potable water required at the factory. The factory has also labour & staff quarter with all facilities. There is Toilet & Lavatory complex for both labour & staff separately.

CESC has recently installed high tension electric lines in the factory of the firm and after installation of the switch gear transformer and requisite cable line connecting CESC line with the factory, the Company will be well equipped for future expansion in production.
