Stock Maintenance

We maintain our stock register in both manual & computerised system. We maintain daily consumption costing by issuing Dyeing Master’s Lost-wise slip (Chemical & Colour) & dividing the total expenses by production quantity (Mtr./ KG). We have separate sheet for Oil, Electric & Coal consumption.

About Us

Agarpara Kutir Silpa Pratisthan was formed as a Partnership Firm in the year 1930. Initially the business of the firm was that of manufacturing and trading in Hosiery goods. The promoters of this firm were Chatterjee’s of agarpara and the factory is still situated at South station Road, Agarpara. The firm still continues as a partnership firm with the successors of the original promoters. The firm is registered with S.S.I.. Recently it also registered with DGS&D.

There is no outside shareholder having any stake in the Firm.

Mr. P.K.Chatterjee, who is the Managing Partner of the firm is assessed to Income Tax.

The firm is now engaged in Bleaching, Dyeing – Reactive, Pigment, Direct, Vat, Azofree, Napthal, MKOG, Rot Proof & other process of Cotton, Hosiery & Jute Fabrics. The Firm has earned very good reputation in the market and have been receiving orders from organized sectors such as the Indian Army, various exporting company’s, etc.
